Tried all the help links only to find them invalid, I only have MYST.bin, MYST.cue and READ ME.txt that refuses to open.

Does not work, does not even give me an option to unzip the file, it just give and error

You’ll need to download and convert the BIN file to an .ISO file and mount it. From there you can either install on a compatible system, or use SCUMMVM to run on whatever operating system you are using. The SCUMMVM webpage and wiki has details on which files you need to copy from the mounted .ISO in order to run the game.

Thanks to OldGamesDownload for posting, my CD copy is toast and refuses to read.

If you use linux, I recommend IAT to convert the .BIN to .ISO.

I found out how to run it!!! all you need is this app called Crossover, launch it, go to the place where you can add a windows app, type in myst and chose “unlisted app-Myst” at the bottom, then you hit continue, from there you want to select “choose installer file”, from there you want to select the file in your copy of the Myst download labeled “INSTALL.EXE” and choose the next button, then you click install, from there it should work fine and walk you through a set-up wizard and it works…. I DID IT

To run this game, because It is bin file so you have to make cd rom with this image file or extract with other unzip software such as alzip. and you can find install.exe file.
