Blacklight: Retribution is a free-to-play first-person shooter video game developed and published by Hardsuit Labs (formerly Zombie Studios) for Microsoft Windows and PlayStation 4. It was initially published by Perfect World Entertainment on April 3, 2012, with a full Steam release on July 2. The PS4 port was released as a launch title in North America on November 15, 2013, followed by Europe on December 4. The PC port was discontinued in March 2019, following low user engagement, while the PS4 port remains active.

I just wanted to say I loved this game. Lots of great memories, even if we can’t any more I appreciate the time we did have. If anyone ever hosts their own server’s for this I’d love to know

I dont about pc, but this is actually free on PS4. I just played it a few days ago.

This is a throwaway account but I think I may have found some links through the wayback machine, through hardsuits’ partnership with perfectworld.com (now with arc community). Couldn’t get past sign-up, so had to get it from further back in timestamp (when it was only direct download).

The downloaded blr_setup doesn’t appear to work without server because of the need for an update cannot be fulfilled (maybe through emulation?).
